What Quilara costs depends on how far you go.

No subscription grid and no per-seat tiers. The price follows the size of your estate and the stage you take it to — we work the number out with you, on your case.

Four stages

Each stage stands on its own. You can stop after any of them, and each builds on what the previous one captured.

1

Baseline

Applications, capabilities and processes are captured, classified and assessed. The result is a defensible picture of the current state — regardless of what follows.

2

Strategy

A target state and disposition per element, a roadmap across three horizons, a business case in ranges rather than point estimates. This is the stage that replaces a consulting engagement.

3

Implementation support

The roadmap becomes actions with owners, dates and dependencies. Changes run through a simulation before they become the new plan version. In three sizes, depending on programme scope.

4

Keep-alive

The captured estate does not quietly go stale: the analysis is re-run periodically against the current picture, and the differences become visible.

How billing works

Three components, shown separately.

Licence

For the platform running in your infrastructure. Term-based and independent of headcount — whoever should take part, takes part.

Usage

Based on what is actually analysed: the size of the estate and the number of analyses run. No allowance that expires at the end of the month.

Model costs

Run through your own accounts with the model provider, directly and without a margin from us. You can see what an analysis cost in compute, because you receive the invoice.
