The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR together with § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; strictly necessary cookies require no consent. No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are set, no third-party services are embedded, and no cookie is evaluated beyond delivering the page.
